Use Settings → Contact Us inside Nailumi whenever possible, or email us at:

Helpful details to include

  • Your device model, operating-system version, and Nailumi app version.
  • A clear description of what happened and what you expected.
  • A screenshot or screen recording when relevant.
  • For purchase issues, the store and transaction information available in your receipt. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords.

Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Nailumi History, uploaded images, generated results, and associated app data through Contact Us inside the app or by emailing nailumi@9vil.app with the subject Nailumi Data Deletion Request.

Contacting us from inside the app is recommended because Nailumi uses an automatically created app session rather than a required email login. We may ask for reasonable information to locate the relevant session and verify the request. Requests are processed in accordance with applicable law.
